Servicing intervals for Öhlins racing suspension can range from as little 350km for a gravel rally car reaching damper temperatures of 110ºC, up to 3 years and 30,000km for a lightly-used road car with a Road and Track application. For TCR and GT cars, a limit of 30-hours between servicing should be lowered to 15-hours if the operating temperatures exceed 100ºC. We at Engauge.eu would always recommend an inspection at least every 12-months, regardless of milage or use.

Engauge.eu is experienced in Öhlins factory R&D, race support and design engineering. We have a fully-featured workshop, including in-house tooling, a CTW RD10 shock dyno, plus machining and design facilities.
